Besides touching upon her highly publicized bipolar disorder (It's a daily thing; you don't get time off from it," she stresses), the 19-year-old former Disney star opens up to the magazine about her dating qualifications -- including the fact that she only has one deal breaker.

"I don't have many deal breakers [because] I've done so much in my life, it doesn't feel right to judge other people," she says. "Oh, [but] I know one quality I won’t tolerate. I would never be with a guy who is controlling."

But she dated Wilmer Valderrama ... so being controlling is a deal breaker, but being with about half of Hollywood isn't?!
