Donald Trump vs. Obama's Birth Certificate

When he's not busy calling Rosie O'Donnell a loser, the real estate mogul and Apprentice reality star has consistently attacked Barack Obama's citizenship, calling into question the validity of the president's birth certificate. Despite the fact that Obama finally provided his birth certificate to the world to quell the gnat-like distraction, staunch republican Trump continues to rail on the subject, most recently at a Mitt Romney fundraising event during which he called the certificate's authenticity into question.

Obama's deputy campaign manager, Stephanie Cutter, replied in a statement, "Mitt Romney's continued embrace of Donald Trump and refusal to condemn his disgraceful conspiracy theories demonstrates his complete lack of moral leadership. If Mitt Romney lacks the backbone to stand up to a charlatan like Donald Trump because he's so concerned about lining his campaign's pockets, what does that say about the kind of president he would be?"
