In this promo for the awards show -- airing live Wednesday, June 6 at 8:00 p.m. on CMT -- Toby suggests that the Gossip Girl star wear a skimpy red bikini top and some tiny jeans shorts.

After a stylist presents her with a less-than-impressive choice -- a hippie-style brown leather outfit complete with long hanging fringe -- she says she just might opt for Prada.
