The Associated Press reports that the NYPD are investigating the fight, but it is has not been confirmed what initiated the conflict, and there have been no arrests.

After the brawl, Chris Breezy tweeted a picture of his face with a bloody chin.

Internet reports suggest that the confrontation came about over Rihanna, whom both men have dated. Brown's relationship with the singer notoriously ended after the couple had their own tussle following the 2009 Grammys. Although Drake's romance with Rihanna has reportedly cooled off, rumors have surfaced that they haven't completely stopped dating.

Rihanna sang on Drake's single Take Care, while Chris Brown jumped on the remix of Rihanna's club banger, Birthday Cake.

Police told the AP that most of the injuries sustained in the fight were "minor lacerations." Both pop stars were gone by the time police arrived on the scene. Check out video of the fight below.
