Sure, Kristen Stewart's unbearably awkward at award shows and her sullen acting definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea, but she's obviously doing something right.
She's just been named Forbes' highest-paid actress at just 22 years old.
And though she's made no secret about her desire to move on from Twilight, she has the insanely popular franchise to thank.

According to Forbes, studios are notoriously stingy when it comes to paying young actors for the first film in a franchise -- but that all changes when it comes to the third and fourth films, when the actress becomes indispensible -- which has definitely happened in Kristen's case.
... Could you really see anyone else as Bella Swan?
So for the last two Twilight films, Breaking Dawn part 1 and 2, Kristen was able to demand an estimated $12.5 million per film plus a share of the profits. And though her boyfriend/costar Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were able to pull the same, her blockbuster Snow White and the Huntsman pushed her over the edge, bringing her estimated earnings between May 2011 and May 2012 to a whopping $34.5 million.
