VIDEO - 50 Cent Paints His Grandmother's Toenails

According to photos obtained by ThisIs50.com, the rapper was put onto a stretcher and taken to a Queens hospital after a Mack truck collided with the back of his bullet-proof SUV. A spokesperson for Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson said in a statement that the rapper was "involved in a car accident in New York early Tuesday morning. He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries. He was released this morning and is doing fine."

50 was previously hospitalized in May for unknown reasons, but he Tweeted an image along with the caption, "Ain't this a b*tch. I give 15 tracks, you give me this."
