  The teen lovers were spotted Thursday night on an apparent date night at L.A.'s hotspot eatery the Pink Pepper Restaurant, according to People.com.

The new PDA comes after a source told the magazine that Selena was allegedly "crying about Justin and was upset" during a birthday bash for actress Ashley Tisdale last week.

The couple first confirmed their romance publicly by kissing during a press conference in May 2011. But since then they've faced repeated breakup rumors and last August the teen heartthrob disappointed many hopeful Beliebers amid reports of a split by showing up with Selena at the Teen Choice Awards.
