It's no secret Evan Rachel Wood is one gutsy gal, and the True Blood star's recent body piercing just adds to her ever-growing list of ballsy endeavors.

Wood, 24, posted video of herself undergoing the procedure at Venice Beach's House of Ink to her YouTube page yesterday and, just a few seconds in, it's painfully clear that she underwent the piercing session sans meds. Ouch!
