Oprah just got shut down. DE-NIED! Oprah has just aired her in-depth interview with unruly singer Rihanna, but it looks like another controversial singer is refusing to go under the Oprah microscope. According to Oprah, she reached out to the former Fugees singer, but apparently Lauryn declined the offer. Just because Rihanna does something doesn’t mean Lauryn Hill is gonna!

When a fan tweeted Oprah about interviewing Hill for her show, Oprah’s Next Chapter, Oprah tweeted back, "tried. She said no."

Someone said "no" to Lady O?! Is that even legal?! Maybe Lauryn has too many skeletons in her closet, so coming clean with the queen of talk might not be her first priority. From pleading guilty to tax evasion in June, to two failed, high profile relationships with Wyclef Jean and Rohan Marley and other controversies over the years, Lauryn has a lot she may want to keep tight-lipped about.

Guess Oprah will just have to settle with interviewing Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas, which she did over the weekend.
