Best known for her drunken antics on the Jersey Shore, Snooki's pregnancy reveal to US Weekly last March was, how you say, flabbergasting. While admittedly unplanned, the pint-sized mom-to-be quickly embraced her newfound pregnancy.

"I'm only 24 so it happened kind of quick," she told MTV's Jersey Shore After Hours. "But it's better because now I can be a MILF."

Soon after delivering a 6 lb boy named Lorenzo on Saturday, she tweeted her excitement about being a mom. "Post birth isn't so comfy and glamorous. But my son is FABULOUS…Hardly any sleep but SO worth it!"
