Amanda Bynes and Lindsay Lohan

On September 16, embattled actress Amanda Bynes had her car impounded after she was pulled over and cited for driving with a suspended license. Amanda's license was revoked on September 6 after charges were filed against her following two separate hit-and-runs.

Additionally, Bynes faces DUI charges from April for one of the accidents, and was spotted smoking what appeared to be marijuana in her car on September 11 (she denies that accusation).

In light of the volume of these incidents, and the lack of any arrest, Lindsay Lohan took to Twitter last night to vent. "Why did I get put in jail and a Nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far," she asked, referring to Amanda's roles on All That and The Amanda Show.

"These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress," Lohan added. I wouldn't expect a reply from Amanda despite recently reactivating her scandalous Twitter account to ask President Obama to reprimand the cop who "falsely" arrested her. As of this morning, her Twitter cache had been completely erased.
