In his first interview since filing for divorce yesterday, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dr. Paul Nassif exclusively told The Insider that although he thought long and hard about his decision to split from his estranged wife Adrienne Maloof, it might not be impossible for them to reconcile.

"It's a little early to answer that," Nassif responded when asked whether the couple could ever settle their differences. "The filing just happened yesterday. Obviously at this time it will probably be difficult thinking about that, but you know what? You never know what's going to happen in the future. You can never say never."

The couple has a history of reuniting, as they filed for legal separation in July only to get back to together again.

The court papers filed yesterday sought a dissolution of the marriage based on "irreconcilable differences."
