"I let myself indulge in everything I wanted because it was the first time I was ever pregnant, and I wanted to enjoy it," says the singer, 32, who gave birth to her daughter Maxwell on May 1. "I wanted to be happy and eat what I wanted ... I didn't realize [the weight] didn't all come off with the baby."
Jessica is on the Weight Watchers program with 13 of her friends and family. She won't reveal how much she's lost on the program, but collectively her group has lost 160 pounds so far.
The new mom has also added 60-minute cardio exercises to her weight-loss regimen, which she does daily, but don't expect to see her running a marathon anytime soon.
