Scissors-Wielding Man Arrested at Miley's Home

A man allegedly clutching a pair of scissors was arrested early Saturday morning after police say he tried to force himself inside Miley Cyrus' Los Angeles home.
Jason Luis Rivera was charged Monday morning with two misdemeanor counts of trespassing and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
According to the AP, Cyrus' employees called police around 4 a.m. Saturday after the man came to the door claiming to be Miley's friend.

Miley was not home at the time.
According to Los Angeles police Lt. Brian Wendling, the suspect repeatedly thew himself against an outside wall as if trying to break into the house. He was arrested after officers saw him allegedly jump behind the bushes, carrying a pair of scissors.
