According to the 26-year-old actress, who recently had the esteemed distinction of being dubbed "Lindsay 2.0," her bizarre behavior in recent months is nothing to be concerned about.

"I am doing amazing," Bynes told People magazine via telephone, just days after her car was impounded in Los Angeles for driving with a suspended license for the second time this month.

"I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false," she adds.

The actress also fills People in on her future career pursuits from this point on, as she recently announced her retirement from acting.

"I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line."

Before Bynes can start her new life in NYC, she has to face two counts of hit-and-run and a DUI charge in relation to alleged incidents that took place April and August, both of which she has pleaded not guilty to.
