Breasts are clearly on Modern Family Emmy winner Julie Bowen's mind – she talked nipple covers in her Emmy speech, topless pics on Emmy night, and now she's discussing hiding her nipples for prime time with Anderson Cooper on Anderson Live.

Julie said in her Emmy speech, "My job really amounts to me falling down and making faces while wearing lipstick and nipple covers," while she told ET at an Emmy afterparty, "Poor Kate Middleton...I don't understand all this taking our tops off everywhere we go, but it's European...They are boobs; let's get over it, people!"

On Wednesday's episode of Anderson Live, Julie explained to Anderson, "One of the things that makes me laugh the hardest is the women who have to chase me around [on the Modern Family set] and they just sort of open their hands and there are these little rubbery things. Otherwise they have to spend thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars removing nipples, that cannot be shown. So it just makes me laugh."

Julie went on, "We have a gay couple on [Modern Family] and people can accept that but nipples, whoa, hang on a second."
