Gavin Doyle, Lindsay Lohan's personal assistant, is speaking out about the troubled starlet in the wake of her Thursday morning arrest for alleged assault.

Via Twitter, Doyle posted comments directed at Lohan, urging her to get "help."

"@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need," he writes. "We are ALL rooting for you. Xxx"

Shortly after, Doyle posted another message, writing "Life is NOT a movie. It's a reality that needs to be faced."

Lohan was arrested early Thursday morning after a brawl broke out at a New York City lounge. Lohan was arrested for allegedly punching a female patron at Avenue, and is facing third degree assault charges from the incident.

Video, available online, shows Lohan angrily kicking her assistant out of the car after she was released from jail this morning.

Additionally, Lohan was formally charged by LAPD in conjunction with an incident earlier this year where she allegedly provided false information to the police when she stated that her assistant (Doyle) was the one driving her Porsche when it crashed into a truck on PCH.
