The famed tattoo artist received an online proposal from her DJ boyfriend Deadmau5 this weekend, who intended to pop the big question during the holidays but his excitement got the better of him.

"I can't wait for Christmas so…. Katherine Von Drachenberg, will you marry me?" Deadmau5 (Joel Zimmerman) wrote, including a photo of the not-yet-finished engagement ring.

"Changing the diamond to a black diamond FYI," he explained. "They'll finish the actual ring soon I hope."

Kat responded with an enthusiastic yes, tweeting: "Mi corazon!!! Thank you all for the lovely congratulations! Please excuse me while I go squeeze the hell out of my fiancé!"

The twosome began dating in September. Kat was once engaged to Sandra Bullock's ex, Jesse James.
