WEEK THIRTEEN
My final weigh-in...drum roll...202.2 pounds! My first weigh-in...226.6 pounds. My weight loss total (for the mathematically challenged)... 24.4 pounds! Woo hoo! So stoked! It feels so great to have lost that weight, and the Sensa* program really worked for me. It helped me focus and stick to my plan, it kept me from feeling starved, and it made the whole process much easier. But, I'm not done yet. My ultimate goal is to get down to 190... so I'm going to keep the Sensa plan rolling. This was/is a fantastic experience, and it just feels so great to be healthier and fitter. Rock on people, if I can do it, you can do it!

WEEK TWELVE
Nearing the finish line and at the last weigh-in I was down a total of 22.4 pounds. My clothes are fitting me better and I've really been sticking to the eating healthy and working out thing. I'm thinking it's about time for a little snack right now, perhaps a Sensa* chew? Those things are pretty damn good btw, and kind of filling with a little water... Rock on! C

WEEK ELEVEN
Well, I reached my first milestone! I am now down over 20 pounds, and I feel fantastic! About to go into my workout and just downed some Sensa* quench, feeling energized. It’s very gratifying to have reached this goal. Now on to the next 25 pounds! C

WEEK TEN
Week 10 wow! Can’t believe this thing is almost over. It’s crazy how much I still enjoy the Sensa* quench and it’s definitely helping me stay on track. Looking forward to the next weigh-in. No time to stop now! C

WEEK NINE
As I hit Week 9, I still have Memorial Day weekend ahead of me…might be a little tough, but I should be alright. I did keep up with the workouts this week, though, so I am feeling good. Every week, I am a little closer to my goal. I couldn’t be more motivated. This weekend, I’ll be toasting to our soldiers with a fresh cup of Sensa* Quench in hand. Cheers :-) C

WEEK EIGHT
Heading into week eight and I am down about 17 pounds. Again, I keep losing, but a little less than I'd like. Definitely want to make it to 20 pounds by the time this thing is over... must! I could be working out more, and have not given up the cocktails entirely, but I've been great about the eating. Not starving thanks to the Sensa*, didn't even go out and look at the crepe truck they had here at work today. Just downed some Sensa quench and feeling good... Keepin' on rollin'! C

WEEK SEVEN
Down 15 pounds... Yeah! I'm very happy that I keep going down each week. I really have been good, sticking to my diet, working out, and the Sensa* really does seem to help me not feel hungry all the time. I am halfway to my goal, I feel great, and I am now sure that I will make it. Rock on... C

WEEK SIX
This whole Sensa* plan is really working well for me. I'm amazed at how good I feel, and the more weight I lose, the more motivated I am to keep going. My diet is so much healthier now, and I'm feeling much more physically fit. Still like the products, can't do a workout without the Sensa quench :-) C

WEEK FIVE
Heading into week five, down 13 pounds... not bad. Kind of slacked on the workouts this week, actually due to other obligations. Hate missing the workouts. Have been pretty good with the diet, sprinkling the Sensa* most of the time... Last Sunday was Greek Easter and I am married to a Greek woman and Greeks feast on Greek Easter... so you do the math. But all in all I'm doing well, still totally motivated, about halfway to my goal, and for sure not stopping now. Love the Sensa quench btw, gives me some energy. Until next week... C

WEEK FOUR
Wow, been very good with my eating and Sensa*-ing and working out... not quite as good with the blog. Guess I haven't felt compelled to write as everything is just kind of moving along. I have lost nearly 12 pounds and am very happy about it. I'm not starving to death, and I am motivated to keep going. My goal is to ultimately lose 30 pounds, and I'm hoping to be half way there at the next weigh-in. Still digging the Sensa quench, taking the vitamins, and getting ready for my workout in about 10 minutes. Until next time... C

WEEK THREE
Week three actually starts in three days but anyway... still going strong. They ordered pizza for everyone at work today :-( I did not have any :-) Getting more motivated as the days go on. Sensa*-ing almost everything, not starving to death, working out three times a week and feeling like it's time to add a fourth day. This whole thing is made easier by doing it with my co-workers... we all talk about it a lot. Heading into the weekend, must remember to sprinkle, looking forward to the weigh-in on Monday... Until then, C

WEEK TWO
A tad late on my second week blog... Too busy working out :-) Well, I've now lost just under 8 pounds and I'm pretty happy about it. Feeling good, sticking to the workouts, eating healthy food and happy to report I am not starving to death. I have found that I am not always remembering to sprinkle my Sensa*, especially when I eat out. When I'm in my work routine, I'm sprinkling... When I'm out of my routine, it's hard for me to remember... trying to do better about that. Still feeling a lot of energy after working out, which I love... And the more weight I lose, the more it makes me want to be true to the program. Still rockin' -- until next week... Chris

WEEK ONE
It is day four of my Sensa* adventure, and the day after my first workout... uh, yeah, a little sore. Workout two in an hour. I'm totally on board and motivated, I'm Sensa-ing everything, drinking the Quench, a chew a day, and sticking to the plan. And what I'm feeling most is energized. I feel great, not tired, not starving, missing that occasional cocktail, but it feels great to be getting healthy. I Sensa-ed a turkey burger patty for lunch today, and had an egg white scramble with spinach for breakfast. The guy at the cafe looked at me like I was nuts, not what I usually order. Looking forward to the workout today... I realize how truly out of shape I am and that sucks. But I am really happy to be doing this, especially with a group of people I know, friends. We're all keeping each other motivated and it's fun. Rock on, time to change into those workout clothes! C
