WEEK THIRTEEN
This week, Whitney and Ben are both up to about 17 pounds lost! The SENSA* chews are really helping us curb our appetites, as we are so close to the 20 pound mark! Ben is trying to make that push to 20-pounds lost, but unfortunately came down with bronchitis and hasn't been able to exercise this week. He'll have to rely on the Sensa alone to lose those last 3 pounds.

WEEK TWELVE
Week 12 was a tough one. We had a spur of the moment vacation which of course caused us to eat and drink more than normal. Also, we worked out much less, but hopefully we didn't do too much damage. Our 20 pound goal is still in sight.

WEEK ELEVEN
Week 11: Again success! Whitney now down 14 pounds and Ben is down 17. Together we are keeping each other in check. We worked out every day this week and stayed on track food wise, having smaller portions and making healthier choices.

WEEK TEN
We have our work cut out for us this weekend. We are off for a quick getaway, but are consciously keeping up with the SENSA* plan. With only a couple of weeks left on the program, we don’t want to steer too far off course.

WEEK NINE
We're 9 weeks in, and it's getting a little tougher to lose weight. We both feel like we've hit a plateau somewhat, but we know by now that if we keep up the hard work and SENSA*-ing, we'll continue to lose.

WEEK EIGHT
This was a breakthrough week. Ben now weighs less than he's weighed at any time since our wedding 2 years ago, and Whitney is not far behind. We're using the SENSA* drinks and using all the Sensa products to help continue to curb our appetite. Coupled with exercise, we really feel Sensa works!

WEEK SEVEN
This week, the pounds really started melting away for both of us. While in earlier weeks, we would sometimes forget to take SENSA* with us when going out, now we're finally in a pattern of sprinkling all the time. We're really starting to feel the changes.

WEEK SIX
This week Ben and I were back on track food wise. Not only did we do our SENSA* work-outs, but we hiked and did various exercise classes. To make it easier to remember to sprinkle we decided to keep one of our SENSA shakers on our kitchen table and one in my purse so we have it wherever we go. We hope we have a successful weigh in!

WEEK FIVE
This week Ben and I had our families in town to celebrate Ben's 30th Birthday. We did great all week using our SENSA*, eating healthy, and working out. However, we definitely struggled with the weekend. We are still sprinkling and eating our SENSA chews. We are going to have to work extra hard this week.

WEEK FOUR
This week, we got back on track -- exercising more and eating healthier. We're keeping each other accountable for eating better foods, exercising every day, and using SENSA*. While the weight still hasn't come off as fast as we would like, we both agree that we feel healthier and thinner, and a bigger weight loss is just around the corner.

WEEK THREE
This week, we struggled to stay on the diet, due to another weekend away from home. However, we did exercise everyday and we did use our SENSA* products while we were away. The products are easy to use anywhere. Hopefully we didn't do too much damage. Look forward to this week!

WEEK TWO
Week two has been great for both Ben and I. Working as a team has really helped us stay focused. The SENSA* products are simple to use. We take our SENSA everywhere. It’s nice to always have someone to remind you to sprinkle! The SENSA chews are a great snack in between meals and are very tasty and satisfying. The chocolate ones are great for something sweet after dinner. This week our work- outs were tough, but again high energy and fun. We are excited for the weigh in on Monday!

WEEK ONE
SENSA* has been pretty simple so far. The hardest part is remembering to sprinkle, but once you get used to it it’s easy. After one week, I can definitely tell I’m eating less. The diet plans have also been very helpful. It’s nice to have a guide with different options for healthy meals. The work-outs are high energy and I’m definitely still sore. Excited to start week two!
