WEEK THIRTEEN
I am about to leave the office and go pick up my son from college for the summer. I can't wait for him to see me. More than 15 pounds down! And he will be shocked to see how much fitter I am. The Sensa* plan has really made it easier for me to lose weight. I have a ways to go to reach my goal, but I will just keep on working out, "sprinkling" and using the Sensa chews and Sensa Quench until I get there...and I will get there!
WEEK TWELVE
I am steadily moving forward thanks to my own determination and Sensa*. A little disappointed I didn't drop a bit more weight this week but the fact of the matter is - I did go down. Thank goodness for the Sensa chews. They really keep me on track at night. Before my Sensa journey, a chocolate bar was my go to nightly snack. Now, that craving is handled with a chocolate chew. And I can't even compare the calorie count. Love them!
WEEK ELEVEN
Sensa* Quench and the chews really have helped curb my intense sugar cravings. And for the first time in years - I can do a full sit-up: laying flat on my back and sitting all the way up hands through my legs. I was so excited about this I did ten before I went to bed. I am going to keep raising the number by 2 everyday until I get to 50. Off to the gym…
WEEK TEN
I can't believe the number of compliments I have been getting. It seems that the Sensa* Sprinkling is really paying off. I wore a pair of jeans this week that I couldn't fit into just a few months ago. Now they are loose too! I am happy and feel energized.
WEEK NINE
The Sensa* sprinkles are sure doing their magic…down another pound this week and going strong! With Memorial Day weekend and summer just around the corner, there’s no way I’m giving up now. We’re really starting to kick butt at these workouts, too. Emily continues to mention how proud of me she is and it is the greatest thing to hear. I couldn’t be more proud of her and myself!
WEEK EIGHT
Hooray. I have joined the Sensa* double digit club - 10.4 lbs and counting. I bought a new dress for Emily's graduation. Size 10! I will admit it is tighter than I wear my clothes but there are just under 4 weeks to the big day. I am committed to sprinkling my Sensa, staying on the eating plan and continuing to exercise. The Sensa Quench and Sensa chews really help keep my sugar cravings in check. That dress is going to fit just right by graduation day!
WEEK SEVEN
This week, the pounds really started melting away for both of us. While in earlier weeks, we would sometimes forget to take Sensa* with us when going out, now we're finally in a pattern of sprinkling all the time. We're really starting to feel the changes.
WEEK SIX
This has been the best week yet! I am "this close" to having lost 10 pounds. I am so excited. Today I am wearing a pair of jeans I couldn't fit in before I started on the Sensa* program and though I still am rockin' a bit of a muffin top and a tummy, the change I see is really significant and I now feel it possible to really reach my goal and get rid of those fat spots PERMANENTLY. Keeping to the nutrition plan is getting easier and easier. The better I eat, the more I want to eat better. I just keep "sprinkling". I have joined a gym to supplement my exercise classes with Sean and I know I will continue working out when we complete our program.
WEEK FIVE
My appetite sure isn't what it used to be ...and neither is my weight. I have dropped nearly 6 pounds, my clothes are loser and I feel really inspired to keep going. The workouts are still quite challenging. It had been about a year since I had really put any time into exercising but I have really come a long way since that first class. For me, Sensa* and the recommended nutritional program makes sense (hahahah) and I see myself continuing after the challenge is over. I really feel like I will accomplish my goal to lose all this excess poundage I have been carrying around for far too long.
WEEK FOUR
Well the first month of the Sensa* program is almost done and I feel amazing! My first week I had a little trouble committing to exercise, but my results in the past couple of weeks have really motivated me. I have lost almost 10 pounds and I can really notice in my pants. Those jeans that I used to squeeze into now slide on with ease. The Sensa drinks keep me energized while I work through the day. I can't wait to see how much I will lose next month.
WEEK THREE
I have to say it has been tougher that I thought. A few exercise classes a week, consistent use of Sensa* and I will be a size 6 in no time. WRONG WRONG WRONG.
Foodwise I miss the sugar - cookie, cupcakes, ice cream - but it hasn't been unbearable. I believe the Sensa is helping to reduce my appetite. I am just not as hungry.
The workouts with Sean have been great and I am so happy I am exercising regularly again.
I have lost just shy of 5 lbs. It took a long time to put it on. I expect it will take as long to take off. But the big difference is having a supportive team behind me. Thanks everyone.
WEEK TWO
Wow I'm really starting to feel that nice burn after week two! Sean has been really making my mom and I work! This week we have done boxing, arm work, and cardio! Although it is difficult, having my mom there to support me, really keeps me faithful to the exercise program. The food aspect has been a little more of a challenge. The chews have really helped me keep my appetite in check! Whenever I’m craving that delicious greasy treat, I just pop one of these in my mouth and it really helps me resist. The drinks are also delicious and refresh! It going good so far and can only get better!
WEEK ONE
I am really excited about beginning my Sensa* journey. I have a long way to go but can't get anywhere unless you take that first step. I had my first workout session today which confirmed what I already knew...I am completely out of shape. It was hard but Sean made it fun too! The diet is a challenge too but I think the "sprinkling" is helping keep me on track and I love the Sensa quench.
