WEEK THIRTEEN
Just a few days ago The Insider team had our final photo shoot to show off our progress post-Sensa*! The before/after transformation is astounding—got to give a shout out to my girl Nina. She looks great! It's been a long ride, but I'm really proud of our group. I'm looking forward to staying active with my boys. We couldn't have done it without Sensa!

WEEK TWELVE
It's finally coming to a close and all of us have come so far! I'm about to head out on vacation with the family, as a much needed break! But this time we are doing things a bit different, for the first time were taking the boys camping!! It's now time to be active! We're going to really get after it, and after losing this weight, it's going to be so much easier! I can't wait! Have a great weekend everyone! It's been a long road, but well worth it!

WEEK ELEVEN
These are the final weeks of Sensa* and I couldn't be happier. I am actually writing this post right before I work out. I am so much healthier than at the start of this whole process. I just want every one to know that this is real, and that I have made an effort to work out and eat healthy. I love that I have gone back to being active. It's a great move for me to remain healthy, but it is something that is important for my boys. They are young and already active, and they will only be doing more and more, so I need to be able to keep up with them. Sensa has changed me for the better and I honestly would recommend it to any one who asked. I know I started out being a skeptic, and I do joke about it a lot, but on the real... it's a product worth trying. Ok!! Off to run!! Letsss goooo!

WEEK TEN
It's been a long journey and we are closing in on the final two weeks of this experiment—Well this trial. I have lost 10 lbs and I feel great. For the first time I am under the 200 mark... I mean I am 199, but still! I can't tell you the last time I weighed this much. The Sensa* makes all the difference. I mean time flies whether we like it or not, and I have used this time to get myself in better shape, and a 100 times healthier than ever!

WEEK NINE
So we are closing in on the Sensa* Challenge. It might be coming to the end of our journey here, but it is not the end of the road by any means. These past 9 weeks we have all made changes to our lives that are permanent. The best part was that I was not counting the days; I did not set myself up like that... I thought about how to make my days healthier one by one. It’s something that has to last, not something that will end just because the challenge is over.

WEEK EIGHT
Sensa* has some great products and such a realistic program that is easy to follow. Some people on our challenge have lost 20 lbs so far!  (I knew The Shake Shack in NYC was going to set me back! haha). This is the way to do it... to make REALISTIC changes, day by day, and it will all pay off… you look back and the days turn into months... here we are 8 weeks and major changes have been made for the better. I'm so glad I found this product, the transition was a little hard, especially being a man, but I got used to it and kept with the fact that I had one goal to get healthy again.

WEEK SEVEN
As the Sensa* challenge is getting closer and closer to the end, I am realizing how important it is for me to really get serious with my working out. I have devised a plan this week that has worked pretty well. I am bringing my work-out clothes and running shoes to work. I have worked out my schedule so that I can take 30 minutes to go for a run every day while at work. I know some people don't have the luxury, but it has made all the difference. It’s all about making the time to do it. It’s easy to feel tired and exhausted. But being tired doesn't get results. A concept I try to use in every aspect of my life. Good luck out there people, it’s never too late to get this thing going!

WEEK SIX
I believe in living life to the fullest and that means doing this challenge to the best of my ability. I know I travel a lot, that's all part of my job, so I can't make it an excuse. I just have to learn to adjust. There is no getting around it, I have to make solutions. So I always pack running shoes and try to take time to run in whatever city I am in. It's also a great way to sightsee, and get a feel for where I am. I can pack my Sensa* and use it on the go even when the food choices are not the best, I know I won't be overeating. It's all about giving every challenge your ALL. If I can do this, trust me, all of you can!

WEEK FIVE
It has been a long few weeks of traveling and trying to work out my diet while on the go has not been easy. If you have been keeping up with The Insider, you can see that I have been shooting from New York and LA... The long flights and quick stays make it hard to work out and eat right because I am constantly on the go. And I have to say there are just certain foods I Love here in New York. But that's what makes Sensa* the easiest solution.  I can take it with me and constantly have it on deck for anything I am going to eat. So if I wanted to have something that wasn't on my diet, I would only have a taste or 2 and feel completely satisfied. Look people, I'm the type of guy that likes to live life to the fullest; restriction just hasn't ever been my thing. So when I want a slice of pizza, I'm going to have it. BUT that is what got me to where I was, wanting to lose weight. With Sensa, I can eat those things, and not have the guilt, or the calories that used to come with them.

WEEK FOUR
This week has been great. I tried Sensa* on a whole bunch of different food; I even took it out to dinner!  Not sure how happy my wife was about that one No no, she's totally on board. I am starting to see such a difference in all of the participants. The women are doing especially! Shout out to my girl Nina Parker! Lookin fly! I worked out a lot more this week. I played ball with my boys over the weekend, took my boys for a bike ride, and played tennis with Chris Jacobs. I'm not sure if I see the results just yet, but other people are saying they can, so I'm gonna stick with it!! Hang in there guys, it's a marathon not a sprint!

WEEK THREE
So this week, I did my first Sensa* workout with the entire group! Talk about motivation, man! I have to admit, I was talking a lot of trash before, because I had been doing my own workouts in the weeks before. I figured I would knock this out and need another workout. Well, I basically got my butt kicked. That workout was the business!! It’s kinda crazy how much you sweat when... well when you've gone years without doing it. I plan on going to those every week, it's a competition people!! And I plan on dominating! Week 4, Lets GO!

WEEK TWO
Well moving into week 2, things have gotten a little harder for me. There are distractions every where, that I never noticed before. Well probably because I wasn't paying attention to them before. I have 2 small boys, and they have snacks on snacks!! Those have been hard to avoid a bite here and there. But the good thing is that between T ball and spending the evenings with them, I can be a little more active.

I need to work on sitting down to enjoy my meals to make sure I am full. I think we all have things we can work on, to make this better experience. But after talking with the other people on the program, I realized that it really isn't about perfection, its about progress. It's great to have such a supportive group with me on this, it makes all the difference.

WEEK ONE
I have to admit i was a bit skeptical about Sensa* when I started. I, just like a lot of people, was wondering how is this little powder was going to help me lose weight? Well it already has.

I not only use Sensa but I have changed my diet and started to work out again. I know it's not rocket science, but with my busy schedule it was always the biggest challenge to eat right and fit in enough time to work out. But now I am eating much less than I was before, and have the energy to get out there bust a move!

Now, I'm not going to lie, there are some days where I do let myself eat something off the diet, but instead of eating an entire Milk Shake,(or 2) I end up tasting it, satisfying the craving and keeping it movin'. I have a long way to go with my eating habits, but Sensa is helping me cut my serving sizes.. and that's a start. Stick with it guys, its 2012! We got this!
