Chris Brown: Never Forget!
Oh no, he's done it again. Someone tell Chris Brown to keep his mouth shut. It's only been a week and a half, but the embattled singer has landed himself in the "Say What?!" hot seat for the second time!
On Tuesday morning, Chris Brown reportedly had a violent outburst following an appearance on "Good Morning America".
During the televised interview, co-anchor Robin Roberts asked Brown, currently promoting his new album "F.A.M.E.," if he had seen his former girlfriend Rihanna, now that the restraining order had been relaxed. "I mean, not really," he replied. "I mean it's not really a big deal to me now as far as that situation. I think I'm past that in my life. And today is the album day and that's what I'm focused on."
Hey duder, beating your girlfriend's face to a pulp (only 2 years ago) is kind of a big deal -- scratch that -- it's a HUGE deal. Here's an idea: maybe just apologize (again)? People like apologies. We bet Chris wishes he could jet back to a time when his biggest worry was how he "was supposed to breathe with no air."
During the interview an unrepentant Chris, who seemed visibly annoyed, dodged Roberts' questions on the events and aftermath of his felony assault and attempted to bring the topic back to his new album.
After cameras stopped rolling, the 21-year-old performer allegedly lost it over the amount of questions Roberts asked him about his infamous 2009 attack on the pop princess. Several reports claim that the R&B star yelled, ripped off his shirt and threw a chair through his dressing room window.
Not a great PR move, Chris. If you want people to forget the images of a bruised and battered Rihanna, maybe you shouldn't be throwing a hissy fit after speaking to the lovely Robin Roberts. Pulling a stunt like that probably doesn't do much for your damaged image or your album sales.
So once her bruises healed, did your conscience? You may have forgotten Chris, but we haven't.
