Jason Segel Takes Over 'SNL'
The permagrin plastered across Jason Segel's face since his reboot of The Muppets' franchise was officially greenlit threatened to tear his mouth in two last night as a second lifelong dream came true when he hosted Saturday Night Live.
Thankfully, the funnyman didn't disappoint like many of his hugely anticipated brethren have when they take to the Studio 8H stage.
Jason's success was directly derived from relying on his existing bag of tricks (that Andre The Giant impression is something he hoped to perform) and calling on some friends for help. No, not Paul Rudd -- The Muppets, obviously.
With their help, his musical monologue was one of the show's most charming ever -- and an excellent hint of what's to come as The Muppets heads into theaters!
