The co-stars teamed up for a DoSomething.org, DKMS and Be The Match PSA encouraging college students to host bone marrow drives on their campuses through the Give A Spit About Cancer campaign.

"I empathize with the incredibly lazy, in fact I am one of them," Aziz said in a statement. "But there is no excuse not to take a few seconds put a cotton swab in your mouth and give your spit to join the registry and possibly save a life." Chris added, "Imagine how many lives we could save if people stopped spitting at me and started giving a spit about cancer."
