There is a certain anticipatory dread that comes from knowing a character's fate before they do. For example, in Titanic, you kept thinking, "Get off that boat, Rose!" Or, "Romeo, give a girl a hot minute to wake up!"

That's how I felt watching this new clip from TLC's The Virgin Diaries, where Ryan and Shanna talk about waiting until they say "I Do" to have their first kiss, since everyone saw how that smooch played out earlier this week [spoiler alert: face eating].

Luckily, there's a lot more to cringe over in the new clip -- like when Shanna says "I'm nervous" before hopping on a see-saw that slams into her butt, eliciting an "Ow!" That's called foreshadowing, ya'll.
