And while that six-pack brought him fame and fortune, the Oscar nominee now looks back on the early 90s with lots of regret. "I should have kept my shirt on a lot more. And not pulled my pants down so much," he says in the January/February issue of Men's Health (out now).

"Believe me, if there were things I could take back I would. I can't take any of it back and it's molded who I am today, but I would certainly like to erase some of those things."
