Fortunately, Piers Morgan has a good sense of humor, as evidenced by his reaction to Alec's impression of him on Piers Morgan Tonight.

In the interview, which aired Wednesday, Alec shows off an impressive British accent that sent the host into a giggle fit.

Prior to this silly interlude, Alec discussed the more serious topic of his airplane incident late last year. The 30 Rock star urged flight passengers not to follow his example, advising them to comply with airline rules and turn their phones off when instructed.

This is a good example of the diplomacy that could come in handy if he ever runs for office, which he admitted is still a future possibility after he's done with his acting career.
