Growing up I used to watch a sketch show called You Can't Do That on Television which featured the skeezy chef of Barth's Diner who made questionable entrees. And almost every skit ended with the customers saying, "What do you think's iiiiiiin the burgers?"

For McDonald's that was no laughing matter as the same question has been asked by patrons for decades.

But now, in an attempt to be more transparent, McDonald's has launched a new YouTube series that features executive chef Dan Coudreaut recreating the company's signature dishes on camera, and detailing the ingredients so you can replicate the meals at home.
