But the former NFL player now appears in a new commercial for Old Spice -- which famously used the hunky Isaiah Mustafa to hock its deodorant -- in which he actually uses his muscles to play instruments, trigger sound effects and create flames.

The one-minute video -- which went viral after being posted on Vimeo -- reportedly took more than two months to create and involves over 150 different technological components.
