Here's something you might not know about me: I'm obsessed with Hollywood friendships. I remember, years ago, Gwyneth Paltrow was in the middle of an interview when her phone rang. It was her View From The Top co-star Christina Applegate. Gwyneth picked up her cell and said, "Hello, Teeny?" It's little personal touches like that I just eat up.

That's why I simply adored the pairings at last night's Elle Women in Hollywood Awards. Judd Apatow honored Kristen Wiig, Michael Patrick King celebrated Sarah Jessica Parker, Leslie Mann was brought to tears expressing her love for Bling Ring daughter Emma Watson and the dynamic duo of Emma Stone and Allison Janney sung the praises of The Help star Octavia Spencer.

There were so many sweet moments throughout their 7-minute speech that I simply had to present the whole, unedited thing to you. Especially since Allison not only recounts one of those longtime friend stories I just love, but also suffers one of the greatest Freudian slips ever caught on film. Watch!

Together with presenting sponsors Calvin Klein Collection and L'Oreal Paris, and additional sponsors David Yurman and Lexus, Elle Magazine honored their 2012 Women in Hollywood.
