In short, Squad 85 is like 21 Jump Street ... except instead of old people masquerading as high schoolers in order to fight crime, the characters are time travelers from the year 1985!

"The show is really about the aesthetic of the 80's cop show being transplanted into today's world of CSI," co-creator Gregory Bonsignore says. "These cops don't wait for warrants -- they kick down the f**king door. Everyone could use a little 80's cop show in their lives. Are you better off now than you were 25 years ago?"
