Nine weeks in, and I find myself still watching The New Normal. It's maintained the sweet and snarky tone struck in the pilot, while proving NeNe Leakes is so much more than a Real housewife.

Last night's Thanksgiving episode gave her the chance to exponentially expand her on-screen repertoire, as well as Rocky's family, by playing both of her parents in a nutty (as in Professor) and inspired scene.
