Al (who's suffering from a case of laryngitis) had Scarlett fill in for him during her appearance on the show, and she completely committed to the task, hand gestures and all.

But it wouldn't be Scarlett without showing a bit of her deadpan humor, with Matt Lauer on the receiving end.

"Miss, do you have any experience?," Matt joked when she volunteered to do the weather.

"I have a lot of experience with weather. Yes," she cracked.
