The cast Steven Soderbergh assembled for Magic Mike -- the stripper movie based on Channing Tatum's pre-fame life -- is pretty much a stud smorgasbord of the highest order. But exactly how much skin and shimmying would be required of Channing, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Alex Pettyfer, Matthew McConaughey and Adam Rodriguez has remained under wraps. Until now.

That's right -- Joe is making like his character, Big Dick Richie, and bringing the thunder in a new interview that offers up a few tantalizing teases while also painting an intriguing image from the Ghost of Thanksgiving Past.

When asked about how much skin would be on display, Joe told Celebuzz, "You are going to see a surprising amount. A shocking amount, actually. I mean…. his name is Big Dick Richie for a reason." And while we know that Joe won't be pulling a full monty, the other actors might be more forthcoming. Or perhaps they'll all go the Wahlberg/Dirk Diggler route.

Joe also revealed a little bit about the story and one of his best costumes. "It's sex, drugs and rock and roll. [My character is] based on a character that Channing knew who was named Big Dick Charlie," he said. Adding, "I also talked to a group of male strippers from Dallas in the '90s. The guy I talked to was 'the fireman' so I am going to be doing a fireman routine in the film. Suspenders, hat, I get the axe going — the whole deal!"

Turns out, there were two big reasons that Joe signed on. The first is obvious: "When Steven Soderbergh wants you to do his movie, you say yes." The second was a surprise to me.

"The cast is the greatest group of dudes ever. It is epic. I knew Matt Bomer because we went to drama school at Carnegie Mellon together. Matt came to my mom's house for Thanksgiving one year. We were buds! We ate the s*** out of my mom’s turkey. When I got the offer I called Matt off the bat and I said 'Are you going to do this?' He said 'I mean, I think so! Are you?' I said 'I think so too.'

And that, my friends, was the moment AT&T fainted.
