The Insider's Brooke Anderson was on the red carpet in Dubai for the glitzy premiere of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and she gets Tom Cruise to reveal that in addition to the film's death-defying stunt work, there were also a few klutzy moments on the set.

"She's a goofball, Paula," Tom said when asked about an incident in which his co-star Paula Patton was attempting to gracefully exit the amazing BMW concept car featured in the film, but ended up slamming her head into the wing of the vehicle.

"I thought, what is happening here, what happened, because that was in rehearsal," Tom continued. "And she just looked up at me and I was like, 'Oh no, are you okay?' So it was a moment." For her part, Paula confessed to some on-set goofiness. "I am a bit of a goofball, it's true, I'm a klutz and a goofball and I snort when I laugh -- I've got all kinds of flaws."

Simon Pegg also spoke about how many fun moments the cast had on set and proudly revealed his custom-made Armani suit on the red carpet.
