Charlize Theron To Have A Very Bad 2012
2012 is shaping up to be a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year. And I am going to love every second of it.
Hot on the heels of her bitch-tastic performance in Young Adult came the trailer for Snow White and The Huntsman, which featured Charlize's scenery chewing, soul-sucking role as The Evil Queen. It's a marvelously malevolent performance that I intend to sop up with a biscuit.

Also due out next year is Ridley Scott's mysterious Alien-prequel Prometheus. Even with last week's teaser trailer debut, the world knows very little of this June 8 release beyond the vague plot description: "The film takes a team of scientists and explorers on a thrilling journey that will test their physical and mental limits and strand them on a distant world, where they will discover the answers to our most profound questions and to life's ultimate mystery."
Until now.
Charlize recently spoke with Total Film about her role alongside Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender and Idris Elba in the sci-fi spectacle and she revealed the following:
"I play somewhat of a villain in it. She's not a believer. She's not a scientist. She is the red tape that everyone has to go through... She's working with the company that's sponsoring this whole thing and you can feel she definitely has an agenda, which we pick up in the third act. She's more quiet thunder."
I think you'll agree that being bad has never looked so good.
