What to give the new mom who already has it all?

That is surely the question on the minds of Beyonce's friends and family this week as Mrs. B welcomed a baby girl into the world last Saturday.

While it's hard to top a personalized rap or a trunk full of children's books from Oprah, Queen Latifah knows that being a mom can bring the greatest challenges (along with the joys) even if you're Beyonce, so she offered a suggestion to those hard pressed for a gift idea for the Carters, telling The Insider's Kevin Frazier what Blue Ivy's mama could use is the divine contribution of professional help.

"I would [give Beyonce] that nurse you can hire for like a month," she offers. "That nurse right there who comes and helps you learn and takes care and teaches you. Yeah, I think she needs something like that. New Babies are always a challenge…The mama's been carrying it, you gotta take it easy."

As for the new dad, Queen says he should also be taking some notes from other fathers. "Teach him what to do," she says. "You gotta calm that daddy down. He's gonna buy and do too much."

Latifah is currently making the rounds to promote her new film Joyful Noise with Dolly Parton, KeKe Palmer, Kris Kristofferson and Jeremy Jordan. The film hits theaters January 13, 2012.
