Producers of the highly anticipated film have taken notice, launching a new website called Capitol Couture (password is #lookyourbest), featuring a brand-new pic of Elizabeth Banks all dolled up as Effie.

"Whether you're a Capitol fashionista or a style-crazed District citizen, there's only one place to turn for all the tips, tricks and trends you need to look your best," the website reads before asking fans to sign up for the first newsletter.
