Today brings us a new look at Effie, Haymitch, Katniss and Peeta's calf as they sit around the training center, strategizing and (according to Mockinjay.net) watching either the recap of the chariot scene or the announcement of their training session scores.

Personally, I'm luh-ving what is happening with Effie's ensemble. If this character doesn't turn into a major inspiration for drag queens over the next 5 years, I'll be shocked. Wait, strike that and reverse it: clearly Effie's wardrobe is directly pulled from the RuPaul's Drag Race "Executive Realness" challenge, so ... werk.
