First Look: Depp as Tonto in 'The Lone Ranger'
March 08, 2012
Pardon me, but is that a dead crow on your head? Johnny Depp has been talking up his big-screen, revisionist spin on The Lone Ranger for quite some time, with the movie being told from Tonto's point of view – and now we're finally getting a first look!
Tonto is a spirit warrior on a personal quest who joins forces in a fight for justice with John Reid (The Social Network and J. Edgar star Armie Hammer), a lawman who has become a masked avenger.
