'Hunger Games' Sets Box Office Record

The Hunger Games battled to the box office summit over the weekend, setting a record along the way.

The action film's astonishing $214.25 million worldwide opening makes it the highest grossing debut for a non-sequel. For comparison, the first Twilight film took in $69.6 million.
In second place, 21 Jump Street reeled in $21.3 million in its second week, beating out Dr. Seuss' The Lorax, which pulled in $13.1 million.
