Next up for the actor are a pair of movies that have taken quite some time to make it to the silver screen -- first up is April's Detention, director Joseph Kahn's long-delayed but hotly anticipated serial killer thriller, while November brings his role in the Red Dawn remake, which co-stars Chris Hemsworth, brother of Hunger Games' Liam.

Two other low-profile Hutcherson projects will make their big screen bow before the year is out: Josh will play the accidental protegee of an art forger in Carmel and an upstart actor for the Cuba-set drama, 7 Days in Havana.
