Back in February, it was revealed that Bridget Jones 3 had been put on hold as script issues were worked out, but still had every intention of shooting this year with Renee Zellweger, Colin Firth and Hugh Grant all returning.

But on this morning's Live with Kelly, Hugh revealed that there still isn't a finished script. "We have to get it right," he said, rightly adding that, "there's danger for humiliation" if they get it wrong.

Something anyone who paid for Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason knows all too well.

Despite the flop-sequel, Hugh is still game for another go while he and Colin are age-appropriate, joking, "Our public demands some more fisticuffs!"
