And while there have been countless rumors about Ben Kingsley joining as the threequel's big villain, the only names mentioned outright in the accompanying press release are RDJ, Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts, Don Cheadle as James "Rhodey" Rhodes and Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan.

Omitting actor James Badge Dale -- who has been snapped on set wearing Iron Patriot's red, white and blue suit -- seems odd given fact that, ya know, we've seen him. Anyhoo, that's the least of the film's problems with Dale's character, as this piece puts more eloquently than I ever could.
