It was announced yesterday that screenwriter Darren Lemke, who worked on Shrek Forever After & Bryan Singer's upcoming Jack the Giant Killer, had been tasked to pen a script for a big screen version of Where In The World is Carmen Sandiego?

Walden Media picked up the property -- which has already spawned a computer game, TV series and several books -- in the fall of 2011, and has teamed with Jennifer Lopez to get the project produced. Rumor has it she may also star.
