No Post-Credit Scene 'Rises' in Final Batman
Ever since Iron Man introduced us to Nick Fury with a post-credit scene, every superhero film (in and outside of the Avengers family) has embraced these now-expected Easter Eggs.

So after I caught an early press screening of The Dark Knight Rises, as the screen faded to black and Christopher Nolan's final Batman adventure came to a close, everyone exited the theater. Save for about 100 of us, reinforcing the expectation that these not-so-secret scenes now always exist.

And while the film itself will not disappoint fans, they will almost certainly be let down to know there is no post-credit scene to be heard of. So feel free to relieve those bladders immediately after the 2 hour and 33 minute film comes to an end, because that truly is the end of this journey.
