But now the duh-namic duo are teaming up for a feature film -- and unlike many of their post-scandal projects, this one sounds like an excellent idea!

E! reports that Charlie will return to the Scary Movie franchise (he starred in 2003's Scary Movie 3) alongside spoof newbie Lindsay for the upcoming fifth installment of Keenan Ivory Wayans' brainchild. Joining them on this adventure will be Ashley Tisdale.

At its best, Scary Movie provided inspired social commentary masked as a horror movie send-up. At its worst, it was one poop joke after another. But Sheen and Lohan have both proved themselves skilled at spoofing (he in Hot Shots, she on Saturday Night Live), so here's hoping this turns out to be the right kind of high for both actors.
