Three-Way Tie at Weekend Box Office

What do Trouble with the Curve, House at the End of the Street and End of Watch all have in common? They're all neck-in-neck for the top spot at the box office this weekend.
The trio of new releases debuted with an estimated $13.2 million a piece. The fourth major premiere over the weekend, Dredd 3D, landed in sixth place behind Finding Nemo 3D ($10 million) and Resident Evil: Retribution ($6.7 million).

Paul Thomas Anderson's specialty film The Master (starring Joaquin Phoenix, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Amy Adams) found itself in the Top 10 this weekend. The controversial drama managed to procure $4.7 million from only 788 locations.
