Modern dance movies and Peter Gallagher go together like ballet shoes and blisters, so I was thrilled to see Center Stage alum Peter Gallagher stepping back to the barre with Step Up: Revolution.

Once again, the most dynamic eyebrows in Hollywood help bring the film's heavy to life, as Mr. Gallagher plays Mr. Anderson, the leading lady's land developer daddy.

"I wanted someone who carried his weight. I wanted a Mr. Anderson that everyone would know is a heavy hitter. I wanted a Mr. Anderson who would be looked up to and feared," director Scott Speer says in TheInsider.com's exclusive clip off the DVD. "No one else could have played Mr. Anderson, except Peter Gallagher."

I couldn't agree more -- and if you pick up Step Up: Revolution (on DVD November 27), I think you'll agree too!
